Does anyone know of a visa "shop" where they look after the financial side of things. I know they are out there.

If you're married you can get a 12 month multi-entry Non-O from Savannakhet, but will need to do border runs every 90 days.
The borders are tightening down on it though, as criminals are using that visa to stay and work here illegally without a work permit.
If that helps.
Pdc - 0818736755 - udon thani.
Buriram Immigration, 40,000 Baht.
UDON is half that.
You won't enjoy Thailand, if you can't even scrape together the minimum required finances.
We are not all seeking the pleasure of used jeans.
He may prefer to keep funds offshore.
I for example shot my load on a sex education course in Pattaya, las now cancelled in hope of an Education visa,I'm now trolling as a Luigi multinic to get enough to live in Nan's cellar
I know an Aussie who hasn't got the money and has been offered a 12 month visa for 40,000 Baht at Buriram.
He's married to a Thai bint. Can he do the Savannakhet crossing with a Aussie marriage cert or has it got to be translated? What is the cost of a 12 month visa based on marriage at Savannakhet? If you don't know someone else may know. Thanks.
speedy visa is one company, they argue on another forum getting an extension without actually having the funds is not illegal, of course it is. 20k seems the normal fee but I imagine it's cheaper in Pattaya and Bkk as so many are at it
Yeah, Chinese tart round the corner has a very dodgy visa, meant to be looking after a Thai blokes kid who she pretends to be married to, very complicated mess and a pack of lies. Anyway this year did not have 400k she needed in the Bank long enough, no problem only cost 1k for the IO to look the other way. If I went in without 5 PP copies for a bloody 90 day report it would be no go.
I have to laugh at a German guy who lives up the road. He's an arse bandit and has a Thai boyfriend. To get his extension to stay in Thailand he married his boyfriends mother who had been widowed. And they all lived happily after.
A former workmate did the twelve month multiple in Savannakhet three weeks ago. Cost him five thousand baht. All he needed other than the money were photocopies of his wife's ID, house report, and marriage certificate. I believe that's it. Of course, do your own due diligence.

Since you are on a TR or Arrival visa we have to do it in two steps. Because you cannot go from TR or Arrival directly to 1 year.
We will get you a 3 month Non-immigrant visa "O", and then add a 12 month Retirement Visa which results in 15 months.
This whole process only takes 3 business days, and you must be in BKK for it.
But to do this it will cost 32,000 THB, and you will not have to leave the country.
Then the next time it’s just 16,000 THB every time you need to renew the 12 months. (and you do not have to be in BKK)
We do NOT require bank balance
We do NOT require pension
We SPONSOR all your requirements
We only need passport + photos, we are agency, and can get it done.
Our office is located at The Pretium Bangna building 91/11, Bang Na, Bangkok.
You can schedule an appointment here.
Or call us to see if we can do same day, +66 99-424-2411

Just answer his question and don't pontificate!
Sorry, that was in response to Stroller.

I just did the Savanakhet visa. I needed my NZ marriage cert copied at the NZ Embassy, BKK, signed by Mrs and me, 5000 baht fee, a completed application form, a copy of Mrs Thai ID and passport and my passport. That's it. They only accept applications in the morning, and only give them out the next afternoon.
Proof of address? Maybe..You can download back and front of the application form from the Consulate website...that will tell you.
If you're flying in from BKK. flights are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, afternoons, so arrive Monday, submit application Tuesday morning, receive visa Wednesday afternoon (too late for flight), and fly back Friday. A pretty boring trip. If you're close enough to Mukdahan, you'd only have to spend one night in Savanahket (even if you live in Mukdahan, you can't go home overnight because you have no passport).
Crikey, that's terrible! Bastards, spoiling it for the rest of us law-abiding non-immigrants.
Really? What's your source, because I do the 90 day run, have been for years and haven't found any difference.
Oh dear.
You need to get out more and clear your stereotypical observation skills to real exposure and experience, Ben.
....and only then might you speak of things you have no knowledge of.
