Amazing isn't it? You would have thought by law of averages he would be right on something. But no, 100% crap on everything he posts. I really have never seen such a consistent retard.

I went down to London 3-4 weeks ago to renew misses and daughters Thai passports and walked passed the French embassy and the queues at the visa section were ridiculous as in all the way down the road I'd estimate in the region of 100 people bear that in mind if thinking about applying in UK. The visa section looked like a separate building or a different entrance from main building but is clearly marked.

For my Thai wife we have had to get Schengen visas on many occasions .

You can apply straight to the Embassy . You need ...........

    Your Return Travel tickets.

    Booked Hotel Accommodation .

    Your passport and hers .

    Copies of both passports .

Health Insurance for 30 000 Euros of cover .

    Passport photos ( 2 )

Evidence you have sufficient funds .

    Application form .

You can apply to any country you like . Technically you should be applying for France but its a Schengen Visa and covers everywhere . You need to book an appointment to go in and have fingerprints taken ( and can wait 2 months before getting an appointment ) . Then come back 3 days later for the Passport .

We have acquired a visa every time but it's a MASSIVE pain in the backside.

Tell her to not bathe for a month, cover herself in copious amounts of cheap perfume, chew a few garlic cloves and sing the Marseillaise when she gets to the border. They'll think she's a local.

    A PS.

Most of the time we went to the Belgian Embassy .
It's the same visa but not so many people go to Belgium .
So we never had the queues that you see at the French or the Italian or Spanish Consulates.
