You idiot, are you referring to the priority service for which one pays an extra 7,000 baht to fast track the application?

To which website, for which country and what menu as may be published by VFS are you referring.
3000 Baht, did that confuse you as to which country.Originally Posted by Seekingasylum
Jesus, you silly, addled old fucker, to which country: UK, Australia or fucking Norway. VFS works for all of them out the Trendy Tower. Now stop fucking around and please inform us which fucking website stated that the VFS offered a "consultation service" and was prepared to draft a visa application for the relevant visa section to consider, you twat.
UK Visa Information - Thailand - User Pay Services Lounge service – THB 3,000 for each applicant. The service includes:
No queuing
Comfort and privacy
Personalised attention and service during the submission process
Free refreshments and snacks
Free Assisted Form Filling
Free courier pass-back
Free photocopying – if required (maximum of 50 pages)
Free passport-sized photo (if required)
Free SMS and email alerts.
Ahhh, that is not what I, or anyone else with an interest in visa matters, would construe as a "visa consultancy service" as referred to in your earlier post.
That's no more than a meet 'n greet, fluffing service and reduces time spent with the herd sweating their bollocks off in the corridor/waiting area hanging around for their turn to hand in the hard copy and get their biometrics done which in truth is a fucking disgrace considering the online procedure is founded on the notion that they are booking a fucking appointment. Folk might think this "photocopy/queue jumping" service is some sort of means of facilitating a visa issue not otherwise guaranteed but they would be sadly mistaken. This is simply the VFS' idea of adding "value" to their contracts with their principals and is merely a commercial exercise.
Just making things clear for the OP - your post, Jim, was ambiguous and perhaps misleading for the OP.
My mrs got refused due to myself visiting Thailand so often, so why did she want to go to the UK? Got a letter from MP office, never saw the cow, and identical 2 application ok. It can be a lottery.
Do you have an interpreter who might assist?
Hi all,
Just dropping by to say that our visa application got accepted.
Obviously due to my current employment situation, this was definitely a concern of mine in that they may think I was intending to take my wife back to the UK to live, which is not the case.
Anyway, for anyone in my situation, I simply stated that I was between jobs living off savings.
My wife provided a letter from her workplace, pictures of her and my sister together when she visited recently, savings in her bank account and pictures of me and her over the past seven years together along with our wedding certificate. This - coupled with my Thai bank statement, a letter explaining my situation in Thailand and the reason why we want to visit the UK together seemed to fit the bill as we got the result back within six days.
If anyone needs more details regarding this, I would be happy to help. Thank you all for posting advice, it helped a lot! Peace.
well done al,and thanks for coming back and telling the outcome.
