TD is right by the rules/law, but it depends on the interpretation of the law.
You can have a 1 year extension of stay for support of child/s 400,000 in the bank, no seeding period and no need to prove where the money came from.
Just turn up with kid or kids and a bank book with 400,000 and extension should be granted.
Phibun used to do that and some others I am told, new boss says no, married spouse extension, money in the bank for 3 months, seeding period.
You need a court order for custody to go that route, but I say wife has no job and I have to take care of them. So sad to bad by by farang,
