With religious extremism a leading force in american politics is 'asking hard questions' about a candidates 'religiosity' fair game.
If a candidate has stated that a certain document is THE center point of their candidacy is it fair to question that document?
& if that document blatantly ignores facts / all tenants of modern science is it acceptable to label that candidate a fruitcake?
if a candidate that espouses that these same outrageous mystical beliefs are the basis of his/her national political platform & global policy, should they be held accountable for the document that is the base of their political / governmental goals.
- this is not questioning a persons religious beliefs, it is questioning the basis of governmental policy.
