For one who says that "all you guys have your heads filled with words.", you have a lot of words in yourself, going by your wordy posts about wordlessness.
When I use the word "practice" for meditation or dhammkaya, it means just that, as in a doctor has a practice, or an occultist practices his craft, or a martial artist practices his skill, even in combat. It simply means to perform, or function in that mode described.
You say that meditation is , "...concentration...like a horse that wears blinkers to avoid being freaked by traffic, if you know how to pay 'attention' then concentration can be put in the bin";
contradicted by, "rather to be aware that you're not payin attention to all that is around you".
I suggest to you that you have a problem with words and semantics rather than an insight to meditation, as evidenced in your post.
Just relax, let go, and be yourself, if you know how to do that.
