For one who says that "all you guys have your heads filled with words.", you have a lot of words in yourself, going by your wordy posts about wordlessness.

When I use the word "practice" for meditation or dhammkaya, it means just that, as in a doctor has a practice, or an occultist practices his craft, or a martial artist practices his skill, even in combat. It simply means to perform, or function in that mode described.

    You say that meditation is , "...concentration...like a horse that wears blinkers to avoid being freaked by traffic, if you know how to pay 'attention' then concentration can be put in the bin";

contradicted by, "rather to be aware that you're not payin attention to all that is around you".

I suggest to you that you have a problem with words and semantics rather than an insight to meditation, as evidenced in your post.

Just relax, let go, and be yourself, if you know how to do that.

i'm talking about all the words, phrases you guys come up with.
    from your holy books
if i need to reply to all that then i need words to express what i'm tryin to tell you.

what i'm sayin doesn't come from a holy book though one or two people have helped me get to the root of all the non-sense that i was surrounded by.

[QUOTE="ENT"]Just relax, let go, 'and be yourself'

what mean ent ?,,, 'be yourself'.

    ah the 'I'
the myself, the image, what thought represents, what thought has created, the 'I' and the You.
the 'I' and 'You' represent the past.

    so what is vipassana ?

PS thought has been around for a long time now,,,
don't you ever doubt it ?
do you believe everything you think ?
    to doubt is to cleanse,,,

The "I" you mention is not who you are.

Vipassana is a method of finding who you are and why you behave as you do.

Thought is something that is stimulated into being, it does not arise simply by itself.

Somebody posted a link to "Dhamma Brothers" video, on u-tube.
    It's well worth watching.
