Maybe they still are. We are seeing the domino theory unfolding before our eyes without a shot being fired. Indochina is pretty much communist already. Laos, Burma, Vietnam with Cambodia and Thailand moving quickly in the direction of a full communist state. China is loving it and once this high speed railroad is built, they will by these countries into their way of thinking.Quote:
