^ What's wrong with this, Norts? This info is mainstream (with my opinion), or do I need several links for those who don't read any news anymore? I always add some candy for those who don't want to say a bad word about you know who.

Mebbe he shoulda picked a muslim cleric or a rabbi. Hmmm, their religions don't accept gays either. So why pick on Christians? Hilarious choice. Guess BO is trying to pacify the evangelicals. Well, they do have more votes than the gay community.

Then tha damn car bailout. News emphasis on cutting exec bonuses, the jets and oh ya, like an afterthought, wage negotiations. Heck, the first two are a drop in the bucket compared to the union payouts. Showed a few union workers who couldn't even speak properly saying they already gave too much. FO.

And, then BO's Labour Secretary pick. Well, hello union land USA and bye bye secret ballots for unionising a shop.

Anything in there you'd like anyone to comment on?

Seems to me you're quite happy rambling on as a running commentary on what you've come across while "flicking thru the net". Quite amusing at times, but it doesn't provide any info one could base a reply on.

I do not watch the same titbits on the news as you do.
MSNBC a "far left libbie net"? Oh really? Than Rachel Minnow must be a "bull dyke". Oh well, if you say so...
"Mebbe he shoulda picked a muslim cleric or a rabbi." Yep, that would be a realistic option in the US.

Not worth addressing any of this drivel, sorry.

Oh dear, she's losing it big time now and doesn't even have her fellow neo-cons chiming in as she has become too embarrassing.

Issues are not a problem commenting on, but as Norton mentioned . . . they deserve more than just unintelligent throw-away lines

    Chicago , IL .

Chicago Police today reported finding a john doe male body in the Chicago River . The victim apparently drowned due to excessive narcotics consumption.

He was wearing black fishnet stockings, a red garter belt, a strap-on dildo, and an Obama t-shirt. He also had a cucumber inserted in his rectum.

The police thoughtfully removed the Obama t-shirt to spare the family any unnecessary embarrassment.

Tell us again how all the main media in the world are "left-wing", Jet.

    Heh...

Headline of the day: Obama team probe of Obama team finds no Obama team impropriety.
The Barack Obama presidential transition office today finally released its own report on its own internal investigation of its own contacts with legally challenged Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. And you’ll be comforted to know the Obama folks found no impropriety whatsoever by Obama folks.
So go back to wrapping holiday presents or pretending you’re working at your desk and checking out Obama’s important abs. All is well with the coming World of Change.

Why is the Bush recovery price of 700,000,000 far above what is needed and wasteful, while Obamas estimate of 800,000,000 is fair and approved by most??

Obama is man Americans admire most

WASHINGTON — A month before his inauguration, Americans choose Barack Obama as the man they admire most in the world, according to a new USA TODAY/Gallup Poll. It's the first time a president-elect has topped the annual survey in more than a half-century.

President Bush falls to a distant second after seven years as the most-admired man.

Hillary Rodham Clinton leads the list of most-admired woman, a spot she's held for 13 of the past 16 years — as first lady, then New York senator and now Obama's designate for secretary of State. A newcomer is second: Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who wasn't well-known nationally until Republican presidential candidate John McCain chose her as his running mate in August.

    Is Barack a plagariser?

I had the occasion to see an early 90's Eddie Murphy movie late last night called "the Distinguished Gentleman" have you seen this movie?

briefly it is about a young black con man who has a name similar to the previous Governor who dies while bonking his assistant, so, he (Eddie Murphy's character) decides to run for the office on his name alone to get elected to office and make big money on "perks" of the job.

Well he wins the election and on his acceptance speech he says "we ran on a platform of change" how's that for some irony? or is it?? it struck me too because all this time I knew that platform sounded familiar to me, but just couldn't pin point it....... Until now......

    Yeah, sure.

And nobody has noticed Obama plagiarised Eddie Murphy.

Obama Visits Marines... Met With Silence
    Let's face it.

The cut-&-runner is no George W. Bush.

    No applause.
    Who says Marines don't think..

As Obama entered the room, it was absent of the regular fanfare of cheering and clapping. The diners were polite, staying seated at their respective tables and waited for the president-elect to come to them to stand up.

He's not a cut and runner. He's the Commander in Chief (CINC).

And Presidents should not meet armed forces personnel for photo-ops to play off of the public rampant pseudo-patriotism and nationalism.
