I don't know much about foodstamps, BG. But I do know some people that got them that didn't need them.

I also saw a women on foodstamps, break the foodstamp by buying some trivial item like one banana, which the cashier by law, has to accept, and then give change in cash. She then stepped into a newish Ford F-150.

I think times are tough for some people and some people that are in these tough times should get some assistance in the form of foodstamps.

I have heard of corruption, in many cases.

Food banks and the Salvation Army are quality alternatives.

When I was working in Alabama I saw a lot of food stamp shit, lots of darkies there and all had food stamps, Pissed me off sometimes when I was in line to pay for my hamburger and cheap grub and some fat sloppy darkie broad in line with a whole NY strip and pay for it with USDA food stamps.
