Anyone who does not think Trump is a dumb , demented, grifting rapist should read this transcript

painful read.
Over the course of the interview, Trump discussed a wide range of issues…
That’s about as far as you really have to go in that interview. Trump doesn’t discuss. He spews shit.
Funny that.Quote:
You see the market fluctuates quite a bit. Today, it's up 1,000 or 1,200 points. It goes up and down, but that will steady out, and we're taking in tremendous amounts of money. We have, as you know, already, 25% on cars, 25% on steel and aluminum—
Trump tariffs prompt slump in shipments to US ports | International trade | The GuardianQuote:
Donald Trump’s increasingly erratic trade war has triggered a slump in shipments to the US’s most important ports, amid the growing risk of a recession in the world’s largest economy.
In the latest sign of the US president’s tariff policies rattling the economy, figures show the number of vessels scheduled to arrive at the Port of Los Angeles next week is down by almost a third on the same period a year earlier.
According to the data compiled from ocean carrier manifest records by Port Optimizer, the number of arrivals this week is on track to be down by about 11% on the same week last year. Separate figures reported by the Financial Times from Vizion, a data provider, show container bookings from China to the US fell 45% by mid-April compared with a year earlier.
Trump'''s trade war could lead to empty shelves and layoffs in the coming weeks. Here'''s when | FortuneQuote:
Analysts have been ringing alarm bells about the consequences of tariffs for weeks, and now the fallout is beginning to take shape in what could add up to a slow-moving disaster. It takes freight ships weeks to travel from China to the U.S., meaning increasing or decreasing trade isn’t as simple as flipping a switch.
Instead, the effects will be felt in stages, according to Apollo Global Management. And the U.S. is reaching the tipping point.
- Early May: Consumers could start to feel effects in the next two weeks, when the arrival of containerships to U.S. ports begins to stop.
- Mid-May: With less to transport, demand for trucking could slow, leading to empty shelves across the country.
- Late May, early June: Apollo expects layoffs to begin in the trucking and retail industries as companies react to a slowdown in sales. Freight layoffs have already escalated.
- Mid-June: Torsten Slok, Apollo’s chief economist, expects a recession to quickly follow, in summer 2025.
I never got past the first answer as it's a given that the rest of it is equally retarded.
And just to elaborate on one mention in there:
Just a moment...Quote:
Freight-related layoffs across North America continue to mount, with companies citing economic uncertainty, tariffs, declining demand and rising production costs as reasons for the job cuts.
There have been 5,608 job cuts over the past several weeks, according to media reports and Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act notices.
Since Jan. 1, almost 23,000 freight-related job cuts have been announced, impacting workers in autos, food distribution, manufacturing, transportation and logistics.
this sh1t will build to the end of june when companies fully run out of the pre loading of supplies and then it will accelerate into a full blown depression by the end of the year
the job losses will be extraordinary
During a Cabinet meeting Wednesday, Trump had a mask slip moment when he acknowledged that his trade war would likely increase product prices in the United States. “Maybe the children will have two dolls instead of 30 dolls. So maybe the two dolls will cost a couple bucks more than they would normally,” Trump said.
Say what you want about Marie Antoinette, but at least “let them eat cake” was snappy.
But just as he appeared to be owning the impact tariffs will have in driving costs upward—precisely the opposite of his Make America Affordable Again promise—Trump tried to blame the flagging economic numbers on former President Joe Biden. “This is Biden’s Stock Market, not Trump’s,” he wrote on Truth Social.
It was the literal flip side of a January 2024 post in which Trump boasted, “THIS IS THE TRUMP STOCK MARKET,” as the market soared to record highs under Biden. For those keeping track at home: This means it's the “Trump stock market” when Biden's president and the economy's growing and the “Biden stock market” when Trump's president and it's tanking.

This is the person the orange turd is pushing for top Federal Prosecutor in DC, and he's in the job already.
America is really going to shit.Quote:
Within days of taking office in January, Martin fired or demoted veteran attorneys who prosecuted Trump supporters for storming the U.S. Capitol. Before his appointment, he represented and helped raise money for Capitol riot defendants. He frequently appeared on Russian state media to parrot Trump talking points. He even published coloring books glorifying Trump's tweets.
Not heading towards authoritarianism they say....

World press freedom plummets with ‘alarming deterioration’ in US under Trump, says RSF
The US under President Donald Trump slid to 57th place in the 2025 World Press Freedom Index published by Paris-based media rights group Reporters Without Borders (RSF) Friday. The annual indicator put press freedom across the globe at an “unprecedented low”, triggered in large part by economic pressure.
<snip>
After a fall of 11 places in 2024, the United States declined another two to 57th place on the 2025 World Press Freedom Index, one behind formerly war-torn Sierra Leone in west Africa.

It seems curious to say it plummets 'under Trump' when they then detail that it fell 11 points under Biden in 2024 but only 2 points under Trump in 2025.
I would say globally, that the left are currently a bigger threat to freedom of speech including press freedom than the right. I would say the 'hate speech suppression' agenda being pushed by the left is the biggest problem currently facing press freedom. It is becoming increasingly gnarly to report facts in plain english due to worries over 'offence taking' backlashes from the left, on behalf of various 'minorities'.
What are your opinions regarding the cheeto in chief ignoring supreme court rulings? Attorney General Pam Bondi telling federal agents to raid citizens homes without a search warrant?
You seem to obfuscate more often than not, and you clearly regurgitate MAGA talking points.
You have not given me much to go on here Snubs as I am not aware of this issue. Yes, I could google up whatever it is you are talking about and ponder and answer.
But will you first answer the question here that you have been avoiding for 2 weeks?
Executive Order: Women are Adult Biologically Female Humans
I am referring to question number 1, not questions 2 or 3
If Biden was in power for the entirety of 2024 and Trump was only president elect for the last 2 months (with no executive power) then how do you conclude that the 11 place fall in US press freedom ranking for 2024 was caused by Trump?
Also, if the figures for 2025 have already been released then the 2024 figures for the same period would not even factor in the election result.
Trump announced his campaign in 2022 and spent the whole of that time slagging off journalists, calling anything critical "fake news", and threatening lawsuits against anyone he particularly didn't like. (Granted, something he has done all along).
He also had Musk stoking up the base on the toxic trumpanzee cesspool that is Twatter, which itself, along with Facebook and TikTok, are now the predominate "news" sources for trumpanzee thickos.
I would suggest that's where a large chunk of your 11 places comes from.
Calling journalists 'fake news' does not stop those journalists printing whatever they want. Most of the MSM news media coverage of Trump has been negative since his second inauguration.
I am curious to understand where the 11 place drop came from in 2024 but I would be surprised if it was Trump engaging in his usual banter with the press.
