I don't know enough about US politics to be able to answer who could replace Biden. All I know is that he has to be replaced as soon as possible.
It's quite clear he's a muppet who can't ad lib and fails as soon as he's asked to elaborate on his memorised lines. Memorised lines he can't even recall half the time.

Biden needs to go and Trump is not the solution. He's a monumental disaster with no morals and no conscience.
