This is quite hilarious coming from some bloke living/ eking by in a squat in Bali. Why do you hate the West so much?
It does not need to invade any of those countries.
None of them are capable of raising an erection, militarily, economically or diplomatically.
Glancing at your responses, you would make a good filibuster. Pointless waffle, talking compete nonesense, usually quoting other spineless cunters.
And neither can it. With the, y'know, "Wisdom of Hindsight" do you think it needed to invade Iraq, Afghanistan, part occupy Syria, steal it's oil, and try to have the government overthrown by radical Islamists, or pursue a 'regime change ' in Libya that has left the country a mess, and (along with Syria) caused a refugee crisis in Europe?
Well I said I would disseminate Jeffrey Sachs ongoing articles, and will duly do so. But this is a long winded academic treatise, great for those with the IQ, attention span, and personal interest in geopolitics- but perhaps a bit much for the football terraces of TD. So here is the Link for those interested and capable:-
The new geopolitics - Pearls and Irritations
I'm in the fourth, or 'Foreign policy realist' school, but looking forward to an era in which we can move into the fifth, multilateralism. There are at least five major theories about the current geopolitics. The first three are variants of the Hegemonic Stability Theory; the fourth is the important school of international realism. The fifth is my preferred theory of multilateralism, based on the pre-eminent importance of global cooperation to solve pressing global problems.
