The final tally was 213 for McCarthy, 211 for Jeffries, 4 for Jordan, 3 for Hern

McCarthy gets additional support but still fails in 13th vote for speaker - The final tally was 214 for McCarthy, 212 for Jeffries and 6 for Rep. Jim Jordan.

House is now adjourned until 10 p.m. ET - "I'll have the votes," McCarthy tells CNN

In the radio age we didn't observe that politicians are no better than the rest of us and considering their duty for noblesse oblige, privilege , power, expenses and right of reply they still often fall short.

A poor example to the kids who see the older generation failing.

McCarthy actually managed to avoid mentioning Hunter Biden, but he was really quick to get some digs about the southern border shite, as well as promising to repeal a bill to add 87,000 IRS agent.
Of course these Republican cuntos don't want to pay taxes.
