Throwing rattles out of the pram is how every workplace advance has been achieved, holidays, 5 day weeks, health and safety. Being quiet and compliant does nothing, if it wasn't for people throwing rattles out of the pram we'd still have kids working in mines and little girls with phossy jaw. Businesses never voluntarily change their policies to make life better for workers.
