Outside the Central Criminal Court his supporters booed as news of the sentence filtered out.

The previous year, it was reported that Belmarsh was one of several prisons where radical Muslims were said to be forcing non-Muslims to either convert to Islam or pay a so-called “jizya” — a tax levied on non-Muslims in Islamic states under sharia law.
Speaking to BlazeTV ahead of his sentencing, Robinson said: “I genuinely, hand on heart, I believe I’ll be killed in this prison sentence.”

Dont know much about Tommy Robinson, in fact I just had a quick read to see what he did that was so heinous. I remembered it had to do with the Rotherham case but not much else. It seems posters are more obsessed spitting venom at this guys apparent racist remarks which I haven't seen, his change of name and what he did, more so than the perpetrators of these heinous crimes. That aside no wonder it took so long for the authorities to stop turning a blind eye. I would've thought anger should be directed at those perpetrators who have had a chance few in that third rate shithole they originated from will ever get. They should've been hanged. No wonder they're turning their destination into the same shithole they came from.

The EDL founder, 37, allegedly confronted another man before ‘smacking’ him in the face. Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was said to be at the resort in Woburn Forest, Bedford, when it happened yesterday. A source told The Sun that Robinson was questioned by police and later released pending further enquiries.
