Le Monde newspaper said it had obtained 328 pages of classified documents on Osama bin Laden's terror network that were drawn up by the French spy service, the DGSE, between July 2000 and October 2001. The documents included a Jan. 5, 2001, intelligence report warning that al-Qaida was at work on a hijacking plot."

boner i'm sure you're desperate to link 9/11 to clinton, jane fonda, the dixie chicks and skylab, but the french report implied a plot in europe, not the US and there was no mention of suicide attacks or multiple planes.

the whole thing was probably an elaborate al qaida misinformation campaign to throw intelligence agencies off the scent of the real attacks in the US....do you even read the articles you link to?

Because his lame-o excuse for having those documents stuffed in his pants, underneath some construction trailer etc almost convinced the moonbat left it was an honest mistake.

If it turns out that the missing documents point to Clinton's further malfeaseance...heh, heh...

OK...how about in this instance.
Burger makes a statement to the effect that the stolen documents...that his dog ate them for example but when the FBI arrives, they find the docs in his safe?

At any rate, Berger's behavior suggests that there is something that Clinton's Administration wants desperately to hide. Enough of a something to make a public servant like Berger risk his entire career and a stint in prison (which he should have received) to try to keep it hidden. And, if that is the case, then there is likely something important we need to know.

The bombing of the aspirin factory.
The response to the first TradeCenter bombings.

They have had an IT problem with emails. It happens in businesses every day. The Clinton administration never had to handle the major issues that this administration has, and when they did have problems, they did not get hounded in the press like this administration.

If the Dems can manage to subpoena the Bush Administration why didn't the Repubs subpoena the Clintons?

They did subpoena Clinton and he stonewalled them. Eventually, he'd have a media event of him standing next to a boxes of papers with him saying he was complying with Congress' request. A few days later someone like Newt would be on tv saying the papers turned over were not what they had requested. Clinton pulled the stunt twice that I know of. The guy had balls. Some papers he never did turn over.
