Galloway truly is past it. Silly fucker, but good at fucking over pompous Septic senators too stupid to know how to debate off piste and against a foe who doesn't believe American politics in the Senate should all be about sucking cock. Mind you, most Oxford debating chaps could run ri gs around most septic senators.
1 yr extension is a poison pill, the EU has to reject it, if they don't, then it's clear the whole thing is fooked
Is Buttchugger a Doctor Bob multi? or tuther way around.
Not yet, but like so many things, it all becomes compulsory post Lisbon Treaty. Join the Euro, loss of veto, tax harmonisation and EU defence forces, to mention just a few.
You are all arguing about pointless stuff when it comes to the true aims of EU and integration. Nothing is optional, it’s just totalitarian centralized everything, in a supposedly once size fits all strait jacket. It does not do anything for individual member states apart from ceding control to people who abuse power and ignore any attempt to admonish them.
What a ludicrous supposition. It is actually an opportunity across the MS to register a vote in opposition to further unbridled integration of a failing socialist superstate.
FFS if a UK democracy is at an impasse, how do think the rest of the EU feels about it?
Youre about to find out.
Should be a good chance to paralyze the EU parliament with all the gains anti EU parties in a lot of countries are going to make.
Its odd how some papers and media are suggesting that part of any extension agreement will be for UK MEPs to not actively take part in EU business post elections; how can that be signed up to by our Govt? If say UKIPs successor fields a load of candidates and they are successful, then how are they going to be forced to not take their places etc?
Doris will sign up to anything, waiting to see what cringeworthy deal and whatever else she will have conceded to Merkel and the granny grabber later.
this week we have a golden opportunity to leave without a deal, we should take it and then the trading negotiations can start for real. we have nothing, nothing whatsoever to fear and everything to gain from this.
Following a hard Brexit, if the UK returns to EU negotiations the best case scenario will be Maybot's deal again or more likely another version with the UK making even more concessions.
You are utterly deluded if you think Maybot's deal will magically vanish following a Hard Brexit or that somehow the UK will be in a stronger negotiating position.

There won't be a hard Brexit as parliament has already legislated against it. We aren't leaving, not this side of a general election anyway.
^^
Not sure its set in stone quite yet, there is still a permutation or two lurking that could cause a HB to happen.
the EU has to make the decision now, like we had to for drafting the agreement because Maybot team was completely out of it
same same here, nobody is taking the right decision, and they stand there arguing and doing nothing. In 1 year they will still be arguing about a REF2
best for the EU to take the decision and stop the misery, just do nothing, and watch the Brits squeal in horror over the default hard brexit
Both Merkel and Macron have no objections to another extension it's only the length of the extension that has to be agreed. We aren't leaving.
