Who is the mod on this thread?
I posted several items regarding France/Italy and German recession fears which are both related to Brexit and Brexit negotiations. Can I have an explanation why they were deleted, please.

The EU will agree to some pointless rewording of the backstop which will probably be enough to get Doris clusterfuk deal through parliament. If we had a PM in the mould of Thatcher instead of Doris as PM the EU would rightly be told to fuk off and a clean Brexit it would be but instead we have the spineless Doris who seems to enjoy being humiliated by the continentals time and time again.
^^
Good luck with that. Better buy a lottery ticket.
Regarding Tusk, apparently he is a practicing Catholic and a real believer. In which case, for him to propose hell as the place for people with different political views to him is a big red flag as to his personality/sanity.

This is a robust thread covering many areas about Brexit and Europe. It has been proposed many times that Europe is not in good shape and is likely to fall apart pretty soon - with the French doing an ambassador spat with the Italians, and German industry being down for the 4th straight quarter and entering a technical recession, Britain is in an excellent place to capitalise if we hold our nerve - the EU have form of backing down at the 12th hour, and they will do in this negotiations...
I wonder if this post will be deleted too?
Cycling should be banned!!!
There are 751 MEPs in the EU and there are 650 MPs in HOC, so not much difference.
Following your logic there is no point in HOC MPs voting either because there are 654 other MPs who might have a different opinion *gasp*...democracy!
Funny how the 750 other MEPs didn't think voting was pointless.
But, considering your homoerotic infactuation with Farage I fully understand why you've rushed to defend him.
why stop with Italy recession as your main argument? let's bring in the Yellow Vests debate over the whole thing, to "dilute" any incredible reasons you might had to support Brexit
incidentally, Macron has been citing Brexit over a national debate for a referendum by the people initiative in France
he stated that when "you see the level of stupidity demonstrated by the British voters over lies and fake news" (his exact words), he doesn't think a referendum by the people will be a good idea, as every stupid ideas on the planet will be debated in a referendum (a wet dream for LePen and Melanchon LFI)
Macron will never hold a referendum in France as he knows the people will vote to leave.
Betty made a post titled 'non-brexit news' in the Brexit thread which is why it got deleted.
Is that not correct Betty?
The Maybot also has form when it comes to backing down
She conceded pretty much everything to get beyond the first phase at the end of 2017.
I'm not sure how the EU can back down from asking what the UK proposal to solve the Ireland issue is. May hasn't told anyone, even when asked directly during PMQs.
The whole agreement is quite absurd and needs trashing.
Theresa May facing ministerial resignations as Brussels sends her away empty-handed
In her desperation Maybot attempts to unsettle EU negotiators with some cameltoe action....

I and many others like me were members of a CIU club in the 70s. It was a working men’s club, and few, if any of the members, had any political affiliation at all.
Prior to that, I was a member of the BRSA, the Railway Club. The things they had in common were working people, cheap beer and snooker tables, plus live entertainment on weekends.
I was also a member of my local miners welfare club, and I wasn’t even a miner.
Nothing political about working men’s clubs.
Great Yarmouth had a Conservative Club up until this year- apparently it always made a loss 555

May has been useless, as she was as Home Secretary (and the country is still suffering now because of the decisions she made then...). But, the biggest mistake, and this was pointed out by many at the time, was the 'negotiations' framework - i.e. we agree to everything they want before the actual trade negotiations begin on March 29th. We should also have been working on international trade deals since day 1 - it's quite hard to believe that any British negotiation team that actually wanted to leave the EU would have accepted the framework set out by the EU, especially considering our main two points are that we want a good trade deal and we will pay handsomely for it; this way, we pay handsomely before any trade deals have started, and we're being shafted by the backstop (and many other points which seem to be being overlooked while the backstop dominates)...
In these circumstances, Britain needs to walk away on March 29th, say that everything stays the same on our side, no tariffs, aligned to EU standards for a 2 year settling down period, and that 39 million (minus the amount that we need to pay as ongoing commitments - that should be paid straight away) is still available for the right trade deal.
So what did people who voted BREXIT in 2016 actually vote for? What did the people who voted Conservative in 2017 actually vote for?
The Norway deal? The Switzerland deal? Canada plus?
Does it look like it has a snowball in hell's chance of happening?
^ delusional or lying on purpose? hard to tell with UK politicians
you guys are really doomed
