Are there specific traits defined in the rules which restrict voting, in UK referenda, to the suckers or the sucked?
Here's me thinking they held a democratic, supervised, audited, referendum and the majority verdict was to have been adopted. The UK citizens, defined as eligible in some way (I presume it's still age based), voted on what they were told by the competing sides, which may or may not been a pack of lies.
