The property we own here and one's inflation proofed incomes are sufficient hedge. It's just irksome that one's life is influenced by lower end gutter trash, the profoundly stupid and the deranged.
As Einstein observed, only the universe and stupidity are infinite but he wasn't sure about the former. Casting his jaundiced eye over the English masses he would have no reason to alter that conclusion.

Who voted for Brexit? Individual and regional data combined

We find that voting Leave is associated with older age, white ethnicity, low educational attainment, infrequent use of smartphones and the internet, receiving benefits, adverse health and low life satisfaction. These results coincide with corresponding patterns at the aggregate level of voting areas.

    The property we own here
    how come.

although selling in baht and converting to £ would realise a healthy profit, in the oversupplied thai condo market very few falangs have ever made a baht profit on selling.

and btw, your repetitive, boring and nonsensical "lower end", "manual labourers", "gutter trash", "deranged", "have you had a stroke", "sex pest" troll comments are now unfunny and have becoming predictable, tedious and tiresome.

surely you can do better than that.

You do realise you are contradicting yourself there, if you are secure financially then surely the exchange rate that you bleat on about daily to the point that anyone reading your posts would think you were close to balcony jumping wouldn't matter to you but you claim those of us wanting to leave the EU are influencing your life. If you want to short the £ and have no idea how to go about it, I am happy to explain to you to get you started.

    Or as Churchill never said,

And that's a cop out as if those standing for election are unable to explain their points or just dont bother as they think the electorate are to thick to understand then only themselves to blame if dont elected or win a referendum. When it came to the EU referendum the remain campaign had the whole government machine behind it, all mainstream political parties backing remain even a visit from Obama and still lost. Imagine how much leave would have won by if a level playing field!!!!

Location is all, and of course canny buying at the right time helps. We have already received an offer realising a reasonable profit but no hurry yet.

My dear Tax, my prose style is pitched to suit the audience, mostly the lower end, blue collar, poorly educated, semi-literate, slapdog-mongering oiks. How else should one address them? Fucking horses for courses, innit?

well, when one considers your vitriolic, expletive filled tirades yesterday and multitude of exclamation marks today coupled with your documented court history which you plead guilty to, it's reasonable to point our that you are evidently getting worked up again. thankfully there aren't currently any female posters who support 'remain' on here, or who knows what might happen to them.

You mean something from 2+ years ago that was done to death 2+ years ago. So you have nothing to say about Brexit, no interest just solely jumping on this thread to post about me for whatever reason. As you were then.

errr.... the article was published in 2019.

and it's a fact-based, demographic analysis of who voted for brexit...

poorly educated, bitter, old white people on the dole.

A rehash of many an article posted after the referendum best part of 3 years ago and done to death. So as I said you have nothing to contribute to the Brexit debate, no interest in it and solely here to post about me for whatever reason. Do carry on.

Whenever you make pronouncements about other people’s careers I’m always reminded of that picture of you on Drummond’s website in your frilly shirt, lounging on a sofa, pouting like a spoilt 14 year old.

Since then people have been paying you to stay away from board meetings and continue your life of worthless indolence.

Your greatest achievement remains putting a woman in fear of her life.

quite the contrary. the first two sentences of the abstract:

Previous analyses of the 2016 Brexit referendum used region-level data or small samples based on polling data. The former might be subject to ecological fallacy and the latter might suffer from small-sample bias. We use individual-level data on thousands of respondents in Understanding Society, the UK's largest household survey, which includes the EU referendum question.

have you ever directly addressed the conclusions of the research article?

are you saying that the voting intentions of elderly white people, who have not had the benefit of a good education, have been unemployed and are in poor health and possibly depressed should be ignored?

are there any other disadvantaged groups you feel should be similarly excluded from the voting process.

people of colour, lesbians with cropped hair, downs syndrome sufferers, hindus, and fat women perhaps?

The thing about monkey boy nazi Brexiteers is that they hate being reminded they are essentially from the lower end of the social spectrum. Thy like to think thy are pioneering, entrepreneurial buccaneers launching themselves from their ethnically cleansed little England into a world in which they think everyone is queuing up to suck their wizened cocks.

The reality of course is that they are mostly fatuous old blimps, racist lower middle class oiks, deluded fantasists and the profoundly ignorant led by carpetbagging corporate shills scared shitless the EU was going to stop them hiding their money in tax havens.

Its a bore, but even after three fucking years one still waits to learn of what they think will be the measurable net benefit of leaving the best socio-economic-political association on the planet.

The answer of course is that there is none, but the truth is that they are really simply voting for no more coons, Poles, or anyone for that matter except fucking Antipodeans and for some weird reason, Septics.

    Brexiteers= bunch of cvunts, innit.

But what is more pressing, is the fact my keyboard 'e' is fucked.

then what exactly was the point of posting that survey if not to denigrate and dismiss the voting intentions of a disadvantaged group of society who have as much right as any other group in society to have their say,
