trump's campaign staff that have ties to Russia and that have lied about them, have been indicted for money laundering with entities associated with Russia.
It's all a matter of dotting the i's and crossing the t's now to link trump to his campaign team colluding with Russia. It's going to be a slam dunk.
"I was a good student. I comprehend very well, OK, better than I think almost anybody," - President Trump comparing his legal knowledge to a Federal judge.
A few months back, somewhere on this thread, is a news report where Paul Ryan swore everyone in the room to secrecy after Republican Kevin McCarthy said he thought Russia paid two people, Trump and Rohrabacher.
Now look at this.
Pro-Russia GOP Congressman Features Prominently In Trump Aide’s Plea Document
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher has been interviewed by congressional investigators but not yet by special counsel Robert Mueller.
WASHINGTON ― The criminal information document released by special counsel Robert Mueller ahead of Trump campaign aide Rick Gates’ guilty plea on Friday contains prominent references to “a member of Congress” who met in 2013 with future Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and another lobbyist.
HuffPost has identified that member as Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.), a loudly pro-Russia lawmaker who has drawn the attention of Mueller and congressional investigators probing Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

More comes out of Rick Gates guilty plea that's spilling over into Europe.
New Manafort indictment alleges secret payments to European politicians
A new indictment has been unsealed in special counsel Robert Mueller’s criminal case against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
The indictment was filed in mid-February and unsealed Friday, shortly after former Trump campaign aide Richard Gates pleaded guilty as part of Mueller’s sprawling investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
The latest indictment accuses Manafort, with Gates’s help, of secretly retaining a group of former senior European politicians to take positions that were favorable to Ukraine as part of their illegal lobbying work for Kiev’s government. That work included lobbying in the United States.
“Although the former politicians would appear to be providing their independent assessments of Government of Ukraine actions, in fact they were paid lobbyists for Ukraine,” the indictment says.
Manafort wired more than $2 million from his offshore accounts to pay these former politicians, the indictment alleges.

https://www.trtworld.com/americas/ex...nspiracy-15451President Donald Trump's former campaign deputy Rick Gates pleaded guilty on Friday to fraud and lying, pledging to cooperate with Special Counsel Robert Mueller on his vast probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Gates was the third former Trump aide to agree to cooperate in exchange for reduced charges by Mueller, who is also examining Moscow's alleged collusion with the Trump campaign and whether the president illegally sought to obstruct his probe.
The plea deal in a Washington federal court, on charges much reduced from the original ones filed against Gates, immediately put him at odds with his former business partner and ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who refuses to bow to pressure from Mueller to strike a deal.
Manafort is screwed. I think he is lucky to still be living.
Probably he is unless he turns. Keep in mind, this is only indictment. Won't go the trail for months and likely to carry on into 2019. Trump could then pardon him. No doubt charges related to his tax shenanigans will be brought by some states. If convicted Trump has no pardon authority. This circus is far from over.
"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect,"
Remember the Devin Nunes memo accusing the FBI and DOJ of misconduct in obtaining a FISA warrant? Trump said the memo totally vindicated him. Of course, it did not.
The Dem's rebuttal memo has finally been released.
Read the Dems' rebuttal memo
https://www.axios.com/white-house-sl...84894af86.html
the dem memo tries hard to state that the fisa court didn't rely on the hillary/dnc-funded dodgy dossier.
though, apparently, the dem memo doesn't contradict one of the main points of the republican memo:
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...s-with-reality
“Deputy Director McCabe testified before the committee in December 2017 that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISC without the Steele dossier information,”
Ahem.
Top of page three of the document states the Steele dossier didn't reach the counter-intelligence team for more than seven weeks after the FBI opened the investigation. It also says the investigation on Page would have been continued without the dossier and even if the FISA warrant had no been approved.
And so far none of it connects Trump to Russian collusion.
though, some can still wish that trump gets impeached/convicted and is replaced by pence.
Two years later patiently waiting, three years later patiently waiting, five years later patiently waiting,etc.ect.ect..
Not sure but along the same line why did Obama decide not to give Ukrain weapons, against the advice of his top European advisors?
Maybe not the fake news you follow
