Will go for appeal there. Lose then off to the SC. This is gonna take awhile.

Are they really gonna drag it out that long? They probably should just start actually working on the vetting process they have claimed is in the works for so long. That is actually something that would make some sense, as opposed to this blanket nonsense which was never in a million years gonna fly.

Actually I'm not sure what their next step is.

it wasn't repealed, it has been 90% implemented, they have asked regulatory agencies to stop make rules for the last 10%

some existing rules might have to be re-worded though,
