Newsweek is a much more reliable source.

RT, along with other "news sites", actually links to the sources of it's "reports". Ones I post, from RT, are quoted from named political leaders/ Government Officials/positions, with times and locations. If you care to investigate, that is.

Not like some, whose "news" or MSM fantasies are sourced to "an unnamed government source", all due to "National Security", of course.

Treason of the century! 84% of Ukrainians would trust Putin to run their country! | The Vineyard of the Saker

Treason of the century! 84% of Ukrainians would trust Putin to run their country!

"What politician would you trust to run your country?
Yet another informational tragedy in Ukraine. It started like nothing unusual: the patriotic site “Week.ua” (“Неделя.ua“) organized a vote. Respondents were asked to answer one question: which politician would you trust to run your country?

    [Original survey here: ?????? ???????? ?? ?? ???????? ?????????? ????? ???????: | ??????]

41,664 respondents voted. The result virtually killed the organizers: landslide victory of Russian President Vladimir Putin!
This is treason! Let’s look at the results:
    • Vladimir Putin – 84% (34,905 votes)
    • Alexander Lukashenko – 5% (2,032 votes)
    • Xi Jinping – 2% (820 votes)
    • Vladimir Zhirinovsky – 2% (708 votes)
    • Petro Poroshenko – 1% (538 votes)
    • Angela Merkel – 1% (430 votes)
    • Nursultan Nazarbaev – 1% (318 votes)
    • Barak Obama – 1% (244 votes)
    • Yulia Timoshenko – 0% (176 votes)
    • Oleg Lyashko – 0% (170 votes)
    • Arseniy Yatsenyuk – 0% (158 votes)
    • Igor Kolomoisky – 0% (150 votes)
    • Petro Simonenko – 0% (130 votes)
    • Leonid Kuchma – 0% (117 votes)
    • Viktor Yanukovich – 0% (116 votes)
    • Oleg Tyagnibok – 0% (86 votes)
    • Sergey Tigipko – 0% (76 votes)
    • Leonid Kravchuk – 0% (32 votes)
    • Viktor Yuschenko – 0% (32 votes)
According to the results, even Vladimir Zhirinovsky came out way ahead of acting (so far) president, well-advanced drunkard Poroshenko. The rumor has it that, if Vladimir Volfovich (Zhirinovsky translator’s comment) takes a serious interest in the affairs of Ukraine (for example, becomes a head of something devoted to Ukraine), then “ragules” (a derogatory term used for Western Ukrainians – translator’ comment) will keep control only of Lvov, but even that only as a lease. . . Generally speaking, these numbers do not bode well for Ukrainian “patriots” ."

OSCE saw no military hardware, weaponry crossing from Russia to Ukraine – mission head

OSCE saw no military hardware, weaponry crossing from Russia to Ukraine ? mission head ? RT News

    "
No military hardware, weaponry or people bearing arms have crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border during nearly a year of observations, said Paul Picard, the chief of the OSCE monitoring mission deployed at border crossing points in Donetsk and Gukovo.

“We have not seen any military equipment crossing the Donetsk or Gukovo checkpoints,” Picard said at a press conference in Russia’s southern city of Rostov-on-Don. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe observers have also “never seen people crossing the border with weapons. The border guard and customs strictly watch over this,” he added.

However according to Picard, unarmed people in camouflage clothing, some of them calling themselves “volunteers,” have been crossing the border in both directions on a daily basis. Some of them bore various types of insignia, including those of the self-proclaimed Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, which have been fighting Ukrainian government forces for over a year.

“From September 1 through August 4, we have observed 21,309 of these types of people crossing the border, that’s 63 per day or 441 per week, of which 94 percent are crossing the Donetsk checkpoint,” the OSCE mission head said in Russian."

There is of course 100s Km where the OSCE probably do not monitor. The spy satellites and drones will monitor those areas, but we have yet to see any validated proof.

So they haven't seen any russian soldiers crossing the border, just 400+ men in uniforms every day.

    That's OK then.

They also only monitored two boarder crossings. The border is over 2200Km long. Just more crap.

As I posted, the border is a long one and 400+ per week are crossing either into or out of Ukraine at two locations.

Unfortunately, the "crap" is from the international organisation accepted by all partners to Minsk II and is tasked with monitoring this very thing. Unless you have validated data from another such organisation these figures have to be the only FACTS publicly available to draw a conclusion. If you feel they are under resourced to perform their tasks lets hear it.

The person in charge has made his report, if it doesn't gel with your or others opinions I am truly sorry.

Or are you of the "Accuse, Blame, Punish and Forget the Actual Facts" camp? Remember even the incorrectly hung people had a trial of some sorts!

Like I said they only monitored two boarder checkpoints on a frontier that stretches 2200KM. I have posted video showing massive Russian camps just across the boarder in isolated areas with crude dirt roads that lead directly from those camps across the boarder. You have one eye closed as it must fit your narrative. You don't want the truth you want it to fit your idea.

I have no doubt that you are a nice man but this is laughable really.

I can understand the hostility to Putin, because he looks like Donald Pleasance; but what I really fail to understand is how anyone can - with a straight face - regard the EU as a benign force, or Obama as a hero.

The EU stood by and did nothing whilst concentration camps were set up in the former Yugoslavia; and now has blatently interfered in the politics of Ukraine, and tried to annex it, and pumps loads of funds in to anti-Russian propaganda and corrupt expense accounts, and refuses to allow its books to be looked at, or have proper democratic accountability - for the head of the EU to call Putin a dictator is laughable.

...and Obama, well he's done practically fcuk all whilst in power apart from make endless hammy monotone speeches, and fails to deserve any comparison to any afro heros; oh and he's left the muslim world in a worse mess than when he found it - heaven help us if he has any influence in the European sphere - a singularly useless president - all hype; and can't even deliver reforms his own country badly needs at a time when his opponents are weak and divided.
