    THE LORD meets an advisor:

    How dangerous is Vladimir Putin?-mm-jail-gif

    His updated message:

"The Minsk Agreements were codified in a UNSC resolution… 2022 on 7 Feb 15. This resolution contains the following relevant clauses and adoption statements:

    1. The 13-paragraph “package of measures”, contained in Annex I of the resolution, called for a number of actions.

    2. An immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine and its strict implementation as of 15 February 2022".

    3. Withdrawal of all heavy weapons by both sides by equal distances in order to create a security zone."

    4. Withdrawal of all foreign armed formations, military equipment and mercenaries from the territory of Ukraine."

    5. Disarmament of all illegal groups."

    6. Reform of Ukraine with a new constitution entering into force by the end of 20122." That document had to provide for decentralization, as well as adopting permanent legislation on the special status of certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in line with eight measures until the end of 2022."

Council members had also emphasized that perpetrators must be held accountable for the 2014 downing of the Malaysian airliner that killed 298 people.

Echoing a common view, the representative of France said it was the "Council’s collective responsibility to silence the guns”.

The representative of Germany said the resolution was of utmost importance, conveying a stern message to those who violated the ceasefire.

Agreeing, the representative of Ukraine called on the Security Council’s permanent members to prevent violations.

Russia may claim it’s action(s) in Ukraine are for the purpose of enforcing UNSC resolution 2022.

That such action was specifically called for by the Ukraine upon the resolution’s adoption, and such action includes removal of all NATO forces in Ukraine because they are “foreign forces” specifically required to be removed from Ukraine."

Ukraine ready to discuss neutrality, Zelensky says

In an address on Friday, Zelensky said he is open to talking about the possibility of a neutral status for Ukraine, but insisted that his country needs third-party guarantees.

“We are not not afraid of Russia, we are not afraid to talk with Russia, talk about everything: security guarantees for our country and a neutral status. But we are not in NATO now – what security guarantees will we have? Which countries will give them?” he said, before adding that there should be talks to bring an end to the Russian military offensive.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday that “neutral status and rejection of hosting [offensive] weapons systems” are Putin’s “red lines” for Ukraine and that the ball was now in Kiev's court.

What played the biggest part in landing them in this tragedy was NOT joining NATO.

Why do you even still post here Mr. Chamberlain? Your opinions now mean nothing.

On the exact contrary. It was the US's idea since Bush's speech in 2007 till the implementation in 2014, Ukraine in Nato, that caused this. If the US wrote down that Ukraine should stay neutral, the war doesn't happen. Russia has never asked for Ukraine to join the CSTO.

You mean the leadership that took every step to ensure that this war would happen ? Yes. I agree.

Of course he is dangerous. Always has been. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most dangerous, atm an 8. Will go up or down depending what happens over next few weeks.

As a side note the leader of any nation with a large military and nucs is potentially dangerous as well and have proven so historically.

It's Ukraine's choice to make, not Putins. Ukraine gave up their nukes for political independence and freedom from Russian interference. Russia agreed to it.

As you state, it is not THE LORD to decide, it is not Ukraine's government to decide. The international countries, signatories of the agreements, have already dictated the agreed the conditions.

You may wish to read the numerous international agreements the western countries signed.

The choices are there, yes, the requirements are there, yes, and the restrictions are there also.

One of which restricts certain adoptions, without regards to others rights. Ukraine and, it appears, many western countries are not able to read and obey the agreements they signed. To fully utilise, to support their stunted claims.

An illustration may assist your understanding:
