What part do you disagree with? Do you think HilLiery will be president? I agree. Do you think she can fool the decent american public for more than 4 years? Doubt it. Will Gop Have to go middle ground and groom a future president that can win by 2020? Sure - they are not actually that stupid.

So what do you disagree with?

If the word gets out to those Low Information Voters effectively - operative word here effectively - it may not turn out as y'all envision. Let these Low Information Voters be aware of her real past.

It dopesn't matter. They will not listen because they do not want. They have been conditioned into believing what the press reports tell them and nothing else. Look at some of the posters on her who have Obama on the brain. They post up threads attacking and highlighting a very concerning issue, get all worried about it, and as soon as it is pointed out that Obama is up to his stinking neck in it, corrupt as they come with endless amount of proof not least in the people he personally hired to do certain jobs.....they refuse to listen, say its lies, and quickly go to ad hominem arguments.

Conditioned to not see the truth. Same as with hillary. She has nixce hair, looks like an auntie, so therefore s dependable and trust worthy. The fact that her complete past is nothing but a litany of lies, deceit, corruption, matters not. Theyh do not see it or believe it.

Oh, and your GOP mob are worse, and you know it.

    what do i disagree with?

my opinion that clinton will win in 2016 (if she runs) is based on demographics. to think that her election has been "arranged" is, quite frankly, crazy.

and yes, if the economy is strong from 2018-2020 and there are no major scandals, i think she would be re-elected....in large part because the demographics would be even more in her favor.

what makes you think the GOP is suddenly going to go "middle ground"?
they've lost the popular vote in 5 of the last 6 presidential elections.
they're currently trying to kill immigration reform.
they introduce an endless stream of anti- abortion legislation.
they're base primaries and defeats anyone who is even slightly moderate

i don't think the GOP is stupid, per se....i think they've created something they can't control, and it's going to cost them national elections for many cycles to come.

    that's what i disagree with.

They have to. They are acting all uber crazy now to make obama look normal. Now imagine if the opposition were middle of the road, and Obama is waltzing around droning kids etc. you'd be comparing him to Breznev. It's all a game show and so readable it ridiculous. They are doing EXACTLY what the conservative party were doing in the 2nd election term for Bliar. HilLiary and Obama are like Bliar and Brown. Almost accept that one will succeed another with the press machine appointing her three years before the election.

I know nothing about how the nominees make it to the big president show down election. My guess would be that in the primaries and caucuses, about 1000 delegates or so would have to decide that this is our candidate, and forward they go.

So if that is correct, and I welcome being educated if I am wrong Ray, 1000 from each side, 2000 in total, need to think and act in the same way and same purpose for the President to be selected by those 2000 people; 1000 thousand select the unelectable, and the other select the chosen one. Hardly a big conspiracy and very achievable, non?

What is 0.00001% of 300,000,000? 1000 to spare.

^ Do you have any idea how ridiculous that sounds???

The GOP is tearing itself apart from within. No one is in charge. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion. A battle between the old guard moderates and the new Tea Bags, Neo-Cons, and Bible Thumpers that are dragging the party further and further to the extreme right and farther and farther away from main stream America.

Can the GOP sort their shit out in time for the 2016 election? Doubtful. 2020... who knows...

Billary Clinton may well prove to be the USA's first four term President.

Given this was the guy who repealed Glass Steagal (after a massive and illegal financial merger), and limbo'd ever lower for Israel, I can see why the gruesome twosome are popular in high places. Right now, I don't think the Republican party are being taken seriously at all by the establishment, except perhaps as a diversion.

She is as establishment as they come. Her support of the Iraq war soured me on her, but since she will almost certainly become annointed as the party's standard bearer I will have to support her because I am certain that the GOP will continue their slide toward oblivion by nominating some tea bagger nut case like Rand Paul or Ted Cruz.

    Hindsight is 20/20.

It's easy to vilify those that were duped into voting for the illegal war against Iraq.

Think back to those frightening and confusing days after the 9-11 attacks when America was looking for answers and revenge.

The Bush administration lied through their teeth and told the American public that Saddam Hussein was responsible for the terrorist attacks against us.

Americans were told by President Bush and his administration that the U.S. was going to war with Iraq because of the imminent threat of Saddam's weapons of mass destruction and ties to terrorism.

We all know now that the reasons we went to war were patently false, and it's disgusting that no one has been held responsible for this travesty.

Senator Clinton was one of many who voted to authorize the war based on the lies presented by the Bush administration. She explained her vote quite clearly at the time...

It would have been political suicide for her as a senator from the state of New York to deny her constituency their revenge for 9-11. Unfortunately, there was a real shortage of courage coming from our politicians and press at the time. As I said, I will vote for her but I wish there were other, better choices.

She might have her faults but this isn’t one of them and one reason why I would support President Hillary Clinton.

And one reason why Obama was a good choice and could do much better if he wasn’t up against the obstructionists in Congress.

But Obama then suggested he'd draw the line at "climate change" deniers...I don’t have much patience for people who deny climate change
Many of us don’t have much patience for the tinfoil hat crowd. But it can be fun to point out their lack of evidence that they claim supports their position and giggle at them.

Those words are Heresy to the brain-dead, bed-wetting Clinton sycophants. We could outline every one of HRC's lies & transgressions (in fact, I've listed 90% of them so far in this and other Speaker's Corner threads) in bold type with supporting evidence which would allow no doubt to their veracity and these people (you know who you are) would still deny, deny & deny.

There isn't a shred of objectivity or common sense in a Liberal's head.

^^Boon mee seems genuinely offended that anyone on this forum would have the audacity to disagree with the libelous spam that he dredges up from the 'bowels of the internet'.
He struts around in issues like it's his personal domain. And people wonder why Speaker's Corner (Issues) is a joke.

Got your point and to differentiate between the Clintons & the Bush family it's the 'slime' factor. The Clintons are slimy "I did not inhale" "I did not have sex with that woman" and so forth.

    Big topic.

    Here's the thing:

Humbert and those in agreement with him genuinely believe the sun & moon shine out of HRC's ass. Humbert is so over the moon about her he posted a while back that the "American people Love her"! In other words, wtf is wrong with you and get with the program.

Well, hate to break it to you Humbert but not all of the American people love HRC. In fact, there's a goodly number who don't like her at all. But to you, it's those "Bitter Clingers", right? Obama summed that up in a campaign fundraiser in SF 4.5 years ago when he slagged-off those people who didn't think like him as clinging to their guns & Bibles. Named them Bitter Clingers.

You exhibit all of these behaviors I've illustrated - the arrogant elitist attitude pours forth in much of what you post.

That's what the polls reveal. Do you dispute her popularity reflected by the polls about her?
