The Pentagon money was first reported to start going missing in the billions in 1991, around the time Bush Snr was head of the CIA and then became the POTUS.

That's quite a feat considering he left the CIA in 1977 and took over the presidency in 1989.

Incredible how many naive people don't consider covert operations and funding required, it's not going to be openly publicized is it? Where do they think funding for these projects, be it defensive or some military or other covert tech project actually comes from? Stealth planes and helicopters for example?

Actually Jeb is the most level headed of the Bush family and most politicians, quite moderate and sensible, he's done a lot for Florida and the educational system, hope he runs for president he'd be my first choice as well as many others and rightfully so, his brother has kind of sabotaged him though, but most people can differentiate the 2's policies and application and he's making a comeback and giving the idea consideration thankfully..

FYI He (Jeb Bush) hasn't been in office for several years now, the current Governor is a complete wanker, but the democrats in Florida in spite of being the majority can't seem to muster up a candidate with an entire brain, kind of like the national democratic party actually..

You must think that you can fool all the people all the time.

Covert ops are funded directly from a government military budget, in any country.

All research in future technology is also directly funded, often by private enterprise but assisted by government funds. In the case of military projects, funds come from a military budget.

USA has some notable advanced technology workshops, some run by NASA, others privately owned, all funded by either private investors and/or the US government. One such is a company called Skunk Works. There are others, all connected to the US government.

The US doesn't need to use slush funds from dubious transactions listed as "$10.000...hammer" or "toilet seat" to get covert ops or technological research done or any military project. Those amounts are direct rip-offs, some of them going into slush funds used by CIA. Secret Service et al, but those are piddling amounts compared to sums budgeted for technology or war.

The billions involved in those projects, covert or otherwise, come from an accountable military budget.

On the other hand, the criminal element inherent in US military since WW2 (and likely since independence) has drained any government surplus via false and/or slipshod accounting practices, which has led up to the infamous missing trillions in the Pentagon budget alone.

For the WTC Towers 1 and 2 to have been demolished, explosive charges or "squibs" were used to weaken floors where they fastened onto the perimeter walls.

In the pic below, such charges are seen exploding before the top section of the South tower collapsed.
