I will shortly be reunited with my TGF after a 3 months absence. I am racking my brains for a suitable gift idea that is not too cheesy or outrageous, but conveys my sentiment that i have put some thought in to it and even sought the advice of trusted friends and colleagues.
Nothing flash or cheap, just thoughtful and considerate. Budget about 2,500 Bht give or take.

As for the grand gesture she may get embarrassed or not react the way you would hope whilst in the company of her colleagues, but a bunch of flowers is appropriate.
