TBH, no idea. Was just experimenting with the camera phone whilst walking the dog one morning.

I'm sure Lulu will pull her finger out shortly and eventually post up a pic using her 4 x zoom.

this free windows prog is not bad, recommended by David48 here

Image Resizer for Windows - Lets you resize images by right-clicking.

Then you just have to right click the photo before uploading to the gallery, and it seems to make it smaller ie -under 1mb weight needed.
Maybe makes it too small sometimes - but its quick
Shows up the right click menu as Resize Pictures

What is so good with it is that you can choose easily, 3 or 4 different sizes plus, you can do multiple images at the same time.

I wrote it up here ... https://teakdoor.com/computer-news/17...e-resizer.html (Image Resizer) ... with a easy to install video.

    The grove,......

The girlfriend has wanted her own grove for a period of time I finally got around to planting one before we left the states this last visit.

She already has plants (chili, basil, spring onion, mint, papaya/lime trees, coriander, red/yellow/green bell peppers and lemon grass) planted in different locations around the house but we needed a larger area (next to one of the barns) for this grove containing a mango, (Valencia) orange, lemon, grapefruit and avocado tree.

The (reused) wooden fence you see in the picture is to keep out the cattle that will pick on the trees from time to time, but will not keep out the deer, raccoons and squirrels (that have already striped the avocado tree). The thieving squirrels are the worst.

The reason the area is disturbed (more than it should be) around the newly planted trees is because I placed a french drain system next to the trees. The rain water from 2/3’s of the barn roof top will flow into the drainage system to help with watering.

Next visit: pole beans, tomatoes and persian cucumbers
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Taken last year at Keukenhof Gardens. Beautiful gardens, worth a trip. Considering all the colour around and the hundreds of photos I have of the place, you may well ask why I picked this one...

    No idea, just liked it...
