    Hotel in Pattaya

I am heading down to Pattaya for a few days next month. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced hotel? I was looking to spend around 1,000-1,500 Baht a night.

    Cheers

    Bob

I like Charlie Place on soi Diana. It's clean, cheap(650bht), and good location with friendly staff.

Hey thats my hotel!! Have you stayed there as well GOW? 2 nice pools and a private beach. 900 baht for standard older rooms. 1500 for the new superior rooms that dont have a sea view. 1800 for sea view I think, the buffet breakfast is nice as well.

I have used the Dynasty resort previously, its excellent, great rooms of a good size. Even the food is edible. The pool complex is really good and one of the main reasons I like it. Well except for the fat Germans hanging around the pool perving over my two daughters. Not really the hotels fault tho' although they should charge guests by weight.

I always liked the Flipper House on Soi 7 or the Flipper Lodge on Soi 8. You can google them both. Used to be roughly 1000 a night depending on the season.

Yes, I did 3 years ago. It's quiet and price is reasonable.
