    Fine Italian Dining in Naklua

Now this place you would never be able to find, infact I doubt if I could find it again and I was only there a couple of days ago, it is opposite The Long Beach Hotel, I shall find out later which Soi you have to go down to get there, The hotel is used for package tours from Russia and they got some right fit looking Russian girls there, anyway back to the reastaurant.

First off I shall tell you about the band, they got all the most expensive gear that money or rubber bands could buy, ie Roland stuff and things like that, they also have 3 lead singers, yep one of each sex, for the slower of you that is a man, a woman and a lady man, quite a selection huh anyway I believe this one is the guy.

Now this thread will take me sometime as I have to go thru a load of pics and vids and convert them, and as I also got dirty pictures in this folder I cant do that while my son is here, I don't want him turning into a disgusting dirty pervert aswell, anyway this is one of the other singers, i got to admit I don't normally like live bands as they are generally too loud and amaterish, but this band was pretty good, well apart from being too loud that is, that tends to stiffle the conversation as you can't hear yourself speak so then you wonder what you said and what your friend replied to you

This restaurant is actually really nice, the tables and bar are all made out of rough cut wood, it has seating for a couple of hundred people and also offroad parking, they even give you a cushion to sit on so the hard wooden seatdoesn't hurt your bum, maybe they get a lot of gays there

I didn't take any pictures of the Italian menu due to it being so tatty and faded, if any of you are in the printing business then these people need new menus for the Italian food, Their Thai food selection had about 100 dishes with nice piccies I might add, But who the fok goes out for Italian food and then orders Thai food?

I suppose we should move onto the first dish, well I had the old escallopes in mushroom and cream sauce, this was actually a fantasic dish, the only problem was that it was an extremely rich sauce and I hadn't eaten yet that day so I did find it a bit hard going for what can only be considered as breakfast, the mash potato was real potato and had butter and milk in it, anyway for 170baht it was a damn bargain

    2 things.

Are you using the latest version of Firefox? 1.5.0.1

And you should be able to click on the jigsaw and it will download whatever is necessary (flash player?).

Why the hell would you bring a Thai here when you can give them 50 baht and they can pig out on the food stalls all over the place

Anyway the place is called the Boonmee restaurant, it is Italian owned and him and his Italian mate do most of the cooking, here is the proof of the name

Looks like "goulash" maybe? Or Penang Mu? Did they forget the noodles, rice, or potatoes?

I'd eat it, or at least give it a good try. I will be eating in Pattaya this time next week.

Looks to be a Ragu with cream added. It is usually a meat cooked in the sauce until it can be shredded into strings. Cream is added to the tomato sauce and meat just before it is served. It looks like they used chopped meat instead of shredded.
