Excellent post Backspin.
It is my opinion there are doctors who are complicit in the deaths of thousands of people by forcing them unto the street to buy drugs. It's a fucking travesty, nothing less. I am currently taking this up with the B.C. Medical Association and have recieved veiled threats from them but I think I may have them on the back foot at this juncture.
This notion that people can't fight the system when they feel something is wrong is just another lie told to the peasants to keep then in line.
Basic rules for fighting the system:
1. Never go after the top dog. Doing so is the mark of a fool. Nobody like fools.
2. Choose an appropriate lap dog suitably down the pecking order, preferably someone who may lack brain capacity (always a wide assortment in the civil service.)
3. Patience is a virtue, these things take time.
4. To the choosen "fall guy" apply pressure until such public servant is forced into writing something which is compromizing. You now have individual by the nut sack.
5. At some point the top dogs will realize one of their own is compromized and to save such individual skin they will be far more flexible.
6. Always remember, you're always looking for the weakest link, that's the key to winning.
In any case, back to .........................
