Teerak is in Pattaya City Hospital and I want to contact the hospital by email. I cannot, for the life of me, find a website for that hospital. Can anyone help with that information please? Better still, does anyone have an email address for admissions dept?

Never heard of Pattaya City Hospital. But I am, fortunately, not well experienced in the hospitals of Pattaya.

My best guess would be try Pattaya Memorial Hospital.

Pattaya City Hospital is the brand spanking new hospital on So Buokau - only limited opening as yet whilst they are trialling systems. have had treatment there but don't have any documentation to check for contact details.

You should be able to get some info from international enquiries if you mention that it is likely to be a new number, I think it only opened around last October (ish).

I went there couple of weeks ago thinking it was a private hospital. Welcoming reception, registered then short wait, blood tests sandwiched between consultations plus a baggie of meds for 1700 bt, quite efficient and a pleasant surprise. Next, referral to Sirikit, where first thing the doc asked wifey in Thai after a 4 hour wait was why she didn't take me to BKK-PTY.

Located in soi Bukhaow and attached to the old clinic, suggests they expect to process loads of farangs. Could be cynicism kicking in, but I suppose in a couple of years it'll turn into another farang hating Thai institution.

I had an Aussie acquaintance here a few years back, nice guy but a little naive. Well he was back in Oz working and gets a call from one of his gf friends telling how she has been rushed into hospital, blah blah blah, send money, help help, you get the picture.
Well instead of sending cash he gets time off work and jumps on the first flight to Thailand. Arrives at their place and contacts his gf friend with the intent of rushing to the local hospital etc. oh no she not in this hospital.....gives him some bs story about a hospital in another province and that he can't visit due to flooding!
Turns out she was holed up in some Cambo casino on a gambling spree, he still stayed with her for about a year after that! About a year later he finally saw the light and ditched her. The really strange thing was that she was a real fucking ugly bitch. Must of been a great shag!
