Not really down with paying big bee farm tourist prices looking for a local dude to deal with.

I've been buying my honey from Chaing Mail. Logon or wildflower honey they have gallon jugs about 6 kilo and also 30 kilo can.

you have to call them for the larger quantities.

Chang Mai is a bit far to just pop in for a quick look at what is on offer. Thanks for the effort though. No indication from the webpage that they ship, but I'll drop them a line and see what I can figure out regardless.
