I think it would be. The immirgration office 1 klm before the bridge most probably will be shut. But that will not stop you from crossing. If you go to the visa shop guys left hand side last shop they will do every thing for you put you in a car and drive you over and back all done less than a hour

Anyone know about the Nan province/Laos borderpoint Fai Nam Tan? Is it open for foreigners?
