Thanks. The Photo of the wooden Thai house is very good, in real life it is more a storage room. Although the "garden" is very big and the location very good. Did meet the owner but as it is a old family house there is no option of sale or building a real house.

The other house for sale is a bit to expensive for me.

Yes I know the housing estates, but actually I do not like housing estates but it could be a good starter.

I love the old down-town area of Lampang with the small streets and Lanna-style houses.
