Smoke Pollution In The North

The smokes as bad as I've seen it this year, even worse than 2007.
How far south does it go? I was wondering if it extended as far as Phitsanulok.

It might, I don't know but it doesn't seem to be down as far a phetchabun yet tho. Thank God for that as it sure hard on my emphazema, which is kinda like asthma only much worse.
I have really been doing great most of the year since I left CM.

There'll be plenty only too eager to blame the Thais for this but if you check out the NASA site you'll see that the majority of fires are in Lao and Burma.

There are fierce widstorms in China at this tiem of the year; these blow dust from the desert. It is probable that we get some of that too

The skies are clear in Udon, yet my desk is covered in dust. I was going to sack the maid, but I'll blame it on those peky Chinese instead.

The Korean Penninsula and Japan get a lot of that Chinese dust. That's desertification proceeding apace in China. Plenty of toxic chemicals, mold, and viruses/bacteria mixed into that shit, too. Goes especially well with the Asian Brown Cloud. Thanks, China!
