Well MK. My oldest daughter lives in Austin, TX so maybe that counts. My daughters grew up with an interesting mix of Philippine culture and a country raised Pop. I showed both my daughters how to fix things and they appreciate me for it.

As is life owning property, there is always something to do. The Jackfruit tree that fell during the storm died so time to grind it up. Anytime I pull the chipper out we trim up the place so its busy.



Just to keep Tax from withdrawals, I used my pole chainsaw to clear out some coconut and palm fronds. Then sharpened the blades.

no stool softeners. they were plant sterols, certainly not crap, found in many foods naturally, but can be purchased in a more concentrated form for those wanting to control their cholesterol levels
