Stumpy, here's some life in the North. I was too lazy to take pictures but it looks like somebody else did. I am guessing it was filmed early in the night. Fairly subdued compared to last year but I recognize several faces in there.

I hadn't been to town for awhile. Been working around the compound. I do not have a TikTok acct so I will find another way to view it. Thanks for the link SG.

Well my Pool Garden Trestle hit a stop. After I built the framing and started to install the carved inserts ( which btw was not part of my original concept) I tried some finishing nails on 1 piece and said F that. Thai nails suck ass. They must be made of either pot metal or aluminum. One tap, bent. So its time for a nail gun. Ordered one up today and will have it by Friday.

With that project scrubbed for today, wife and headed off to Mae Mo for some nursery browsing.

Thanks DW. It should look nice when all done up and installed. Fortunately there is no rush. It's a nice project for fun.

Man beautiful cool morning. 20c. Little fog. Birds making loads of calls. Dogs and I did a run around the property. One thing I really like here where we live is everybody is an up and early type. So it's a busy morning around the mooban. Folks having Breakfast, neighbor gal out with her little girl in a stroller. At night it's dead quiet except for the loud ass crickets.

Watching Lakers Play Denver at the pool bar enjoying an OJ. Got a few work calls soon but will be done by 9:30.

Kuminga chocked a bit by missing those 2 missed FTs late. I am not sure I like CP taking 3's. Also Wiggins needs to step way up and a be a big part of the scoring, he was off today and has been. Very spotty

Ohh. Sorry DW. It's NBA. The basketball season started today and the Golden State Warriors lost their opener but they had their chances.

While I wait for the brad nail gun Wife and I picked up a few trees near Mae So.

But first...no work can start without some caffeine. I opted for a Redbull instead of a Double shot Latte.

Planted in same location as the palm I removed. This should grow big with lots of purple flowers.

This one is one my wife had been looking for quite some time. Not sure name but it grows really nice hanging yellow flowers 2 times a year.

After my tree planting, took the moto for a short blast around the area to charge up the battery and move some oil. Always a fun ride no matter where and when.

After returning from my ride, my wife wanted to head to the city for lunch and pick up some stuff.

Stopped here for lunch. Always busy and food always good.

On my way back today I picked up a tractor bucket load of sand that my wife wants as she is making some sort of colored stepping stones. Of course I am the one that has to shovel it out of the truck. They sell it in bags but its a few baht more.... That's a discussion for another day.

As I was shoveling sand, Christmas arrived...well not really

My Chinese made nail gun. Now while I have the utmost confidence this will not implode while using coupled with quality Yong Hong brads, I am still going to wear a bullet proof vest.

Of course nothing makes me laugh more than Annie. I turn on the sprinklers to give the lawn and new trees a quick splash and she runs and sits right in front of the sprinkler head with a big smile on her face.

Thanks PAG, my wife knows what it's called in Thai. From pics she showed me, it looks like it will be a nice flowering tree
