In general I have found that most (if not all)fellow farangs in our area of Udon Thani are reasonable guys who go about their own business and dont disrupt others.There are of course some who under the influence who change character and this also applies to some sporting activities as well when competition is involved.
However unfortunately one comes across mental defectives who go out of their way to annoy,insult, threaten and harrass others for no more reason than because they can.
One such American individual has been doing this for sometime now targetting anyone he perceives has offended him and then bombards them then with insulting phantom sms's from unknown addresses plus also phone calls.
The guy is obviously an evil bastard who needs to get psychiatric help or just leave the country before karma befalls him.
His lack of courage is evident as he either signs off with someone elses name to create shit or targets those who are intimidated by his threats.
He currently has targetted a couple in our group who unless it stops will seek assistance to make sure it ceases.
If you are having the same problem feel free to message me privately so we can compare notes and perhaps take action to stop this.The guy concerned is well known by some and is as well a compulsive liar. I will not mention his name here but I am sure some who read this post will know who we are refrring to.

I heard someone talking about this guy last night. I can't remember his name now, but I tend to steer clear of most Americans in town as they all appear to be mentally unstable and still stuck in 1970 fighting the 'gooks' in their own little fantasy world.
