Glad you got it done mate your daughter is happy which despite all the piss takes was the goal.
It looks like you raised the unit, good.Much of the tiling is superior to my own Miss matched hovel, once cooler I may try and post up some pix to make you realize that tiler or his 'professor gets around'
JOB DONE, as i always tell MM, ignore the knockers .

lest we forget "Trump said Ukraine started the war"
Sorry to be so blunt there ol Mendo. I mean I only have to go by what you post and you said numerous times that you wouldn't drop 1 more satang in the place so I can understand the basic "make it work approach".
As for you ol pervo Eddie. It has nothing to do with stature. Its about integrity and values. You could be 7ft tall or 5 ft tall. Its just a comment. Head on back to your thread in daily cheer. Still an open thought involved there. The Mom 33 and you with the daughter??? One has to wonder. We can go back to your Mao days. What was your age minimum requirement again?![]()
^ The 'missing link' maybe?
Give it a few years for the new tiles to fade and the grunge to build up through lack of cleaning and everything will match fine.
A rain shower isn't an option due to the low wall.
Anyway, I'm not putting one more Satang into that shower room!![]()
Quite right, luckily the drain cover should trap loose change and by sitting over the oriface, and a sharp intake of breath can usually retrieve such loose change to buy lao khao......allegedely
With poster of the year , look forward to your well illustrated travels, who knows you may get a cabin with PJ?
I sometimes wonder if these cheese runs could be avoided by getting a few goats and Mary in the Dairy?
Bum voyage I may have a nok air refreshing towelette and possiblyan Eva air spoon for you soon!
There are combination rain shower and shower head on a hose sets available, when i remodelled the guesthouse bathrooms i put them in, it the best of both worlds.
Surely there is a decent hardware store like do home near you.
Don't be a tight minging b@stard, your daughter will appreciate it and you will enjoy the option of a real shower.
^ agree. Rain showers and hanging chairs. When will people learn.
Ok, Ok, I'll look into it... but that shower head is only 17 years old and it seems such a waste to change it already.
I still wonder if a rain shower head will work with that low dividing wall... won't the water go everywhere?

Not unless it gets clogged up with lime scale and the such and it sprays out at odd angles.
You seem to run a meticulously clean ship, so no worries in that regard.
Just don't do an Eddie and buy one that can't run it separately from the normal shower head.
Your daughters new shower looks great and she will love it. We have 3 rain showers in our "place". As normal with Edtard he seems to be missing the valve/tap that sends the water to the desired outlet. It makes sense it was a left over part when he finished installing it.
Notice the tap down about navel level. As it is rain shower, pointing up is normal shower.

There's an Eva Air spoon for ya if you take a wrench next time you stay there Mendo.![]()
Will see if I've got a photo of it later.
Flights and a month in a hotel I paid for that Euro fudger. Foker was coming in stinkin' o' 1664 and cheap perfume half the time.![]()
^ Lek's looking for work...
Looking at Isaan - Don Muang - Phuket flights for Lekso.
You're still collecting internet guys from the airport and putting them up in rain shower en suited rooms AO?
^ And a very fine shower it was, too!
Don't be too quick to rule Lek out though AO, he may have some recent jokes to tell!![]()
Looking at that well appointed shower feature and considering he had to work over Songkran, I have to say that it seems Khun Lek has been given short shrift.
^ Well, he was only 4' 10"
I'm starting to suspect that me Euro building buddy that I flew over to renovate the villa may not be the best thing since sliced panini after all.
Had a pic sent up and there does seem to be a second tap missing that would turn off the normal showerhead while the rainfall shower is on, as per Sir Aging Vagina's one.
Let's hope and pray that sourcing matching taps is easier than matching 17 year old tiles.
It's a Cotto thing that cost around 15k so I'm not sure if he thought it was a spare, because presumably it was in there with the tap that he did connect.
Screw in shower taps are all the same size, right.
