Anyone who has True Visions TV will know they updated some of their channels to HD and Changed the channel numbers --Again-- I checked my TV yesterday and could not get Setanta which was the main reason I got True installed , to watch the NRL from OZ, A quick call by my missus had the repair man out first thing this morning to download the new format on to my card . I have always given the repair man a bottle of beer evry time he comes and one call he is here as soon as possible , cannot fault the service from the Udon department even though I am 30 minutes away. Hope this helps if anyone cannot acess channels they could previously.

Its always a hit and miss thing when they do this...currently I have no idea what I'm missing or including as its all a mystery to me...hate dealing with customer service and their pretend English Speakers...I'm moving in a few weeks and that will be the end for now.

Gave up True more than 5 years ago; fukin expensive and trouble trouble trouble... Good to hear that some folks have positive experiences.

Didn't function this morning for the Jets game. Had to go to the non-HD channel. Not that I listen to commentators anyway, but the Thai version is particularly irritating...Part of the Full Service by True Visions...

Perhaps ltnt, but I did speak with Khun Anumat, who was aware there was a problem, she even pointed out in the new HD format you dont have control over the language as for now.

I told her it was a jets game and I did not give a poop, but come monday when the niners play, she would hear me screaming if the game was in Thai. I have dealt with her since my kids were 10 or 11 and loved Hannah Montana, aka....... who they now hate. So I trust her. She assured me she would send a message making sure the problem is solved.

I was lucky. I got the one service agent I trust, she is honest and senior, lets hope for the best and not the worst. Please let there be an exception to the rule....

Good work AO. I hope they sort it out. I watch and record all the NFL games True broadcasts. They have done well the past few years, but obviously have a few glitches at the moment. One of the games this past week was simulcast in both thai and english, so consequently no one could understand it.

A.O, the reasoning skills are pretty thin when it comes to True Visions. I especially like the fact that they've bunched all the channels with HD together while not paying any attention to its content. Hence CNN is channel 164 and the other three English News BBC, MSNBC, and Bloomberg are 89, 90, 91.

I much preferred the time when you could arrange channels manually on your remote to your own requirements. If I wanted to search throug 10 zillion Thai channels which I seldom use then I wouldn't have a complaint, but now you have no alternative. I star my Channels now so I can ignore those that simply represent ignorance on the part of True Visions. You do notice that the 7 first channels never, ever get rearranged?

Its painful to hear that you have a personal relationship with the fool in charge of True Visions. If this was the real world and not a monopoly the competition would bankrupt this company. One day they will be tossed under the bus, but for now its grin and bear it.
