I think you will last there as you brought up some very valid points why the fok do they whinge about being paid 5 times more than the locals with real degrees, ppl are paid what they are worth, if they are worth more money then they will soon get another job. anyway ldma is a good admin and has realised that banning ppl is not worth it.

I actually meant that someone who is educated to secondary level in the UK generally has a more rounded education than a Thai graduate who has gone through the Thai school system.

And as my other post declared, just because a Thai has a degree, doesn't mean they know much about their 'specialist subject'.
