Probably Bangkok. Though from what I've been reading it's becoming increasingly more expensive to live there... then again where isn't this the case?

Welcome Nuolan. Bangkok is fine if you like living in the city ( actually, that's a little unfair but most of it is a bit noisy ). Personally I prefer something a little out of town, but there is something for everyone in LOS. Come over for an extended stay, travel around a bit and make your choices later.
