I wish to thank Thai Visa and all the contributors, especially helping find a way of dealing with my Prostate and Colorectal Cancers and at least extending my life, at present I am in remission, but still worry and think it may resurface at any time

I have very different views from many and do not suffer fools gladly, over the years this has stood me in very good stead, but also not endeared me to many people

I have a very strong financial background

However for my own reasons I propose to very much withdraw from most Thai Visa forums, especially where I know my own views differ substantially, I will in due course seek another forum somewhere in the world, on which to become active, and do not at the moment know where that will be, I will keep the same name AL007

I hope I can always be available for those who feel my various expertise could be beneficial, and hopefully PM will find me

As I have said many times I do not need to work, and seek no reward for anything I do to help others

There was a thread in the Visa forum , which was closed soon after by UJ , reason given that the thread was a general observation about Thai immigration and didnt ask any questions about Visas and so was closed
The thread was later re-opened in the "bar" forum with the explanation that the thread was restored at the O.P.s request , in the correct forum
The O.P then posted a rant in the thread , attacking U.J and other moderators and also posted hi E-mail addy in the thread, asking other people who dislike the mods to contact him , seems like he was trying to oust the mods
Was that you or was I reading another thread .
As you are still posting on TV and seem to be waging war on them , I suspect you are just using Teakdoor to strengthen your position .

Yes I have a hard hat and have a couple of houses on 5 rai, with a moat all round the property, have electric gates and have the possibility of adding a drawbridge, all are built like bunkers, with reinforced foundations

We have CCTV and four Alsations so are reasonably well protected, I resisted the wifes request to buy guns

Despite two different cancers I am still alive, and more importantly happy as well

Thanks incidentally despite the fake news Fluke enjoys posting I did not get barred on TV, and some of his references are also incorrect

I did however tell some but not all the moderators they were dysfunctional and I fired them

I have not come to TD to continue a childish matter like TV, and their teacher pupil belief and relationship with their posters without whom they would have no business

Al, assuming you are not trolling, and I have no grounds to think you are ... welcome also here.

I also came here from TVF (got banned by Scott) and, like yourself, given the 3rd degree from the Forums Fauna.

But, I weathered the initial onslaught, read more then I posted, got a good feel of this place.

Let me tell you ... this place feels good.

Sure, it's not perfect, no place is.

Sure it's Robust ... people here call a spade a spade.

Is the Moderation perfect? No-one says yes.
Is it good? The boys here give it a fair crack ... though some will disagree.

Probably one thing you will feel in transposing from 'there' to 'here' is the lack of commercialisation of the Forum here.
