I am looking for someone that can do a bit of specialist repairs, I need someone that can lay a new DC track, maybe 1 CM or so in length, 0.2mm width on a PCB with solder resist and can make a new joint on a plated through hole and 1210 pad replacement.

The PCB is bog standard, double sided, plated through holes looks like FR4 or similar, basic DC.
