I had the pleasure of driving one of them. Speed and comfort together I must say.

    I don't own a car. I don't like them.

I sold my last car about 3 years ago.

One of those Japanese jobs. I didn't think it was worth the expense of purchasing a European import. A car is a car is a car, unless we are talkin' Aston's of course.

To cut a long story short we tried a new Ford Explorer and a Chevy Colorado.

The Chevy looked good but the Ford had smoother engine pick up and was a lot quieter.

Ford 4x4 XLT it is then.
Try the Vigo, its much smoother than the Colarado which has a rough edge to the engine, the new Mitsu is pretty good but styling is a bit gay for me. The ford just looks plain.

My last car was a 2nd hand, locally assembled Wrangler Jeep in the Philippines.

Been happy with a bike since I moved to Thailand 8 years ago.

The Ford/Mazda is the one to beat.

The Nissan is pretty good but more expensive.

The Toyota is ok, but the engine is a bit gutless compared with the two above, and the quality of the interior materials is not as good as the Ford/Mazda.

The Isuzu is overpriced and doesn't do 'it' for me.

The Mitsu looks ok from the front, but is nothing special. The quality of materials is dire though.

I didn't bother to look at the Colarado.

Too late, we plumped for the Ford. Yes, it's very plain looking but it's not unacceptable and I agree that the new Mitsu looks like a faggot's love chariot.

Nice ride DD but for some reason I am biased against front wheel drive sports cars. I think I would try go for an AWD or a RWD. To each his own though... tough to find an equivelent RWD or AWD in the price range.

I have a Vigo 2 door pickup and a 02 Volvo 2.3L turbo. Both vehicles are OK although it was a mistake to buy the Volvo a couple of years back. I hate driving in Bangkok, so it sits there unused for days at a time. I think I have done about 7K kilo's in 2 years.
Around BKK I much prefer to ride my Bike, I get there in much less time, no parking hassles. For the last couple of years I have been searching for a 64/65 Mustang. Seen plenty but none that I would spend the cash on. Have a ton of performance gear for one that I used to have for racing, but in the Targa Tasmania we crashed it rather extensivly, so it would be good to build a nice Mustang up here. But I need another car in BKK like I need another A hole, what will rule, heart or head? I saw a Thai guy in a nice Black 65 notchback yesterday, it looked Soooooo fucking cool I almost had to stop and rub my dick for a while to calm down. Figured it wouldn't look good on the side of Soi 71. Ahhh What to do?

^ A little optomistic, for the 2004 model =PERFORMANCE, FUEL CONSUMPTION
    AND CO2 EMISSIONS

    1.6 manual: 0-60 11.3 seconds; top speed 115 mph; combined mpg: 37.2; CO2 emissions: 182 g/km (Band C: £145pa VED), IG 8.

    2.0 manual: 0-60 8.8 seconds; top speed 129 mph; ( 208 Kmh) combined mpg: 35.3; CO2 emissions: 193 g/km (Band D: £165pa VED), IG 10.

But I do like this quote ffrom the test website:
I thought it was a car for divorced men in their late 40s to drive divorced women in their late 30s back from nightclubs.

The coupe gets a quite good review tho'.

It's a 2 liter injection thingy with a turbo I believe, don't forget for the UK they got limiters in their computer thingy that you have to get chipped, also in the UK they got a 6 cylinder version, maybe 3 liters, not sure what they call them in the UK though, here they are called "Tiburon" I think, it's got 3 letters after the name of the car, something like GTI but not GTI, I will have a look tomorrow, it's red though and that is quite important.

I should add that I have never got more than 22 miles per gallon out of the foking thing aswell, it would have been cheaper for me to fly to the Chiang Mai meeting, still I hardly use the poxy thing anyway, I have had this urge for the last few days to buy a trials bike, I think NickAs thread on how will you die brought it out, but I would really like a nice 250cc enduro, I used to have a 250 Laverda when I was a kid in the UK, tiny little front light and back light so it was legal on the street, well apart from the fact I didn't have a driving license at the time, used to power wheely in all gears, frightened the fok out of me the first time I rode it.

I used to have a Montesa 248 with no lights which was street legal. I'm not sure about now but the rule used to be that IF you had lights they had to work.

TGX actually, no idea what that stands for, probably means it's got electric windows or something important like that, still, obviously the most important thing is that it is RED, obviously gals get more horny in red cars that have leather seats and are more willing to do perverse sexual acts with the owner of that car, although I had more sexual experiances in my black Suzuki Jeep, maybe I should get it sprayed black.

    Dog

Get a trials bike and wedge some super - motard wheels on it and bomb about the streets.
