Thread: What kind of Motorcycle do you own.

This caught my eye the other day and I couldn't resist the urge to buy it

Nice ride- is it brand new? I don't get in the dirt much, but (along with possibly a KTM, but the Honda is a better bike for LOS) that's probably what I'd choose.

^ 2009 model, just arrived from Japan. It's probably been used for about 20-25 hours by the look of it.

If that- from the pic it looks perfect.

Around Khon Kaen and further afield when there are races around the north-east. Most races are listed on the dirttrackthai site listed above. Isn't much engllish on the though.

Ah ok, I wasn't sure where you was located.

I prefer enduro to moto-x race tracks, going to get out and do some exploring of Kanchanaburi next month. Apparently the dirt bike scene is quite big there.

this exact model, but mine has only rear break and the clutch is gone but if i hit the gear knob hard it will change gear,nothing modified,
drive it to work everyday.

This ones mine and ive got to sell it , I will get it up here on the classifieds today.
Broke my leg early this year and I need something with more fwd foot controls , so looks like a bigger naked , or a ChoPPer ("cough , splutter , vomit") is on the cards.
Bastard V-Max's always seem to come up when I'm out of the country.
Can somebody rain check it for me ?

Just got back from a long weekend riding in Kanchanaburi actually, there was a big race meeting at this place , and yeah there is an enduro scene there.

^ Did you go to Baan Ricky Spin? I was planning to attend but I couldn't make it. Quite a set up he has there. Looks great

Yep, 1500km round trip!, did race too much but did get around and see all the tourist sights, including the hot spring at Sai Yok, which was brilliant to sooth aching muscles

Always stop there on the way up to the 3 pagoda pass etc.

There's a nice ancient Khmer temple Muang Singh about 40km out of Kan too.

I usually do:

Leave BKK before 7.00
Breakfast in Kan 8.00-8.30.
Stop in Muang Singh for a walk around.

Next stop... Oh wait, I'm thinking of Hin Dad Hot Springs about 130km along.

Will have to check out these ones in Sai Yok.

Are they far away from the waterfall there?
