Bangkok ..... Walk out the front from NEP , nana , turn right , walk to the crossing and cross to the opposite corner ... straight ahead two or three shops down on the RHS. Has some good quality heavily armoured jackets and boots.
Shitty directions I know , but we all know NEP and im not a bkkian.

It has been decreed by the Minister for War & Finance that I cannot ship my harley parts so they have to go. Would prefer to sell as a job lot but would, reluctantly, break up. Follow the link for pics. Sensible offers considered.

Ebay? Have you approached your local motorcycle workshop to see if they can get you one? There's a decent place in Maha Sarakham, and I assume KK has one too.

    ^ Red Baron, maybe?

It would be easier to answer if we knew what bike it was for.

I brought over several custom bike parts that I am willing to sell. Here is a set of tins that include a Mustang gas tank, a fender that can fit up to a 240mm rear tire and a custom oil tank. They were on my painter's bobber that he disassebled. He was closing his paint business in Phoenix where he won several awards and was in numerous bike magazines.

The color is a deep candy purple over silver metalflake with pinstriping. All three are for sale for 40,000 baht.

I have many other parts that I will be posting in the future.

    Vintage rebuild

Just purchased a 1959 Honda GL500 which is in pieces but that's OK as I want to do a total rebuild. Frame powder coated. engine to Honda for rebuild, etc etc. Where can I get vintage parts? Willing to get from abroad if not available here. Also where is the best chroming shop in Thailand where they 3 step chroming not the usual 2 step.

Just bought some new levers for my CB500.

1300B and I'm very happy with the finish. Don't know if they actually fit yet, but will find out tomorrow.

I needed to use a file to bevel an edge near the bolt hole on the clutch lever, but otherwise, all is good.

I've got a set of Canadian-made Pazzo's (the standard length, not the shorties) from which those are knocked-off- from what I've read, the Chinese copies are actually pretty good- their billet stuff has really improved over the last few years.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Yep I've got real Pazzos on my bike too, I've looked at some of the levers on sale here and I have been quite impressed with the quality. For 1300b Marmite has got a very good deal on them. Only bad thing I've heard is about the colour fading quickly on the ones available cheaply.

Red seems to be the worst colour on the cheap stuff. It's a super thin coating that looks pink. The black on the ones I bought is quite well finished.
