Without looking it up, I would guess that this ^ is a 1960 Chrysler Imperial.

Saw this in Nova Scotia a couple of years ago.
its a 1959 pontiac star chief.
the spare wheel mounting is i suspect a custom job, i dont think pontiac made them like that, although given the extravagant excess of late 50's american car design one can never be sure.

i cant speak for nev, but i was brought up on these little books; cars, planes, trees, animals.
