The Ford has harder suspension and gear ratios more suited to driving with a full load of cement in the back. The Mazda is more suited to someone wanting a truck to drive around in town. They are both monsters though.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

A Camry is considered a full-sized luxury sedan here. I'm due for some massive culture shock if I ever go back.
^ I also read on several reviews that they were set up differently.
The hi-rider auto is 799k; the better specced Mazda is 850kish, just a tad under the Wildtrak, but it's slightly better specced, imo - differently specced, so they don't measure up perfectly.
The Ford is the better vehicle.
Cycling should be banned!!!
You would. BTW, saw another truck load of Rangers coming to the Ford dealer here in Phuket today. Shiny blue ones. One had your name on it Boo. Doesn't take much to impress you does it Boo? 5 stars no less. Can't say you're not obsessed with this orange shit box. Perhaps there is a God? You may end up with one of these heathen things. I can see you now Preening like a peacock now, stuck in Bangkok traffic going out of town on Sancran to visit the GF's family and deceased relatives. i-phoned equipped and i-pad firmly in grasp looking over the in dash gsm program searching for Nakon Sawan...Originally Posted by Bettyboo

Who dares to insult the beautiful Orange beast ?
Beautiful...
Yes it is
I think if BB ever gets to drive away in one of those he will have to put his handbag on his lap to cover up his stiffy....
BTW, I think the XLT's front end looks much better.....
^ I like the XLT, and that's actually what I tried to order (all the colours look nice).
I saw a red XLT today- it's not bad, but I disagree re: the front end- the monochromatic look makes it appear a bit plain- a black bumper would look good on it, IMHO.
^ yeah, we know that yanks like to pimp their rides...
Bigger is better...
I don't plan to do anything to my truck that can't be done in-house by Ford.
Given the choice, I'd take this factory model, but it will never make it to Thailand:

Yes it states the gear ratios are the same. All I can say in my defense is that I took a Mazda BT50 Pro out for a test drive in the morning, fairly smooth ride if unspectucular. I took the Ford Ranger out for a test drive after lunch and nearly went through the windscreen when I dropped it into second at a corner.
^
What did you have for lunch ?
Can any one tell me is Ford still taking orders for the 3.2 WT ? Its my mother inlaw tried in Chumphon and was told the order book was closed and to come back in 2013 and see than.

That's a good thing surely!
You bullied, you laughed, you lied, you lost!
Actually that's just a security guard who's there to provide size perspective- that truck belongs to Chicago White Sox pitcher Martin Buehrle, who has stupid money and can throw it away on stuff like that.
I believe it's based on a Mack truck designed to pull 18-wheel trailers.

Gobs of plastic, fake sliders, this a 100% poser rig for fragile girly-man fags. 4drs wtf get a nice saloon.
If you need a truck get a truck. 500k baht out the door.
What kind of girlie-man-fag spends 500k on poser shit and plastic dildoes?
This is a real 4x4, not that cutesy ranger piece of crap
Sorry Fail Safe but your new truck is a little faggot in comparison.
Any questions?
